What a performance from Forest last night. Majewski’s goal, our second, was a beautiful finish. The perfect way to start the weekend and I celebrated into the night. I shunned kebabs and McDonalds and waited til I got home to cook myself a basic pasta dish that I like.
Today, I’m off to the gym. I’ve spent the morning adding songs to my iPod. Loads of Oasis, Kasabian, AC/DC and other such rockers. I’m excited about running to them.
That’ll be 4 runs this week. Not bad.

Firstly, I want to say you are amazing at training for the marathon. I could never do it, and I think your will is astonishing.
Secondly – I have just stopped crying my eyes out, after listening to this morning’s show. Please, please, please don’t go. Please. You, Jon and the others give me something to look forward to in the weekend and lift my spirits so much so that you actually keep me out of depression. Please, don’t go.
